As a teenager Jo made many of her own clothes. She eventually she put her crafting skills aside to pursue a career in the boardroom.  A chance desire to buy her mum a cushion knit kit put her firmly back in the crafting domain. It was a revelation to explore her creative side and Jo has been designing knitwear ever since. 
Jo likes to use different techniques and shapes to create very wearable knitwear. She enjoys creating texture and colour using slip stitch techniques. Jo's patterns can be found in a number of knitting titles such as Knitting, Let's Knit, Love Knitting for baby and Simply Knitting.  Jo also  collaborates with Knitting Fever, West Yorkshire Spinners and Rico Design as well as creating patterns for her own label.
